The
VXLll delivers lightning-fast galvo speed with a
CO2-based laser for marking wood, acrylics, and many
other types of materials.
The Vision VXLII system includes a
compact, all-in-one design of the laser unit and
electronics. This model has the ability to be used as an
independent workstation or as an integrated part of a
production line. The system is composed of a rail
(containing the electronics), the laser source, the
galvo head and the cooling system. The typical
production configuration may also include an industrial
PC with LCD monitor, an optional Class 1 enclosure and a
parts-feeding mechanism, such as an X-Y positioning
table.
Icaro™ is the Windows based software that drives the
VXLII System. Its user friendly interface allows easy
changes of working parameters such as power, frequency
and speed to obtain optimum performance and marking
quality. The Icaro package offers numerous import
filters from popular CAD programs. Once imported, text
can be added to these files from within the Icaro
program.
The VXLII CO2 System can be used for a variety of
applications such as marking or cutting wood, paper,
textiles, and leather. It can also be very productive
when engraving acrylics, marble and anodized aluminum.
