At Engraving Systems Support, Inc. (ESS) our
technical staff has been servicing and supporting computerized engraving
machines and routers since their inception in the early 1980's. We offer support for
H-Square, Meistergram, Vision, and Universal Laser systems. A large
inventory of stocked parts is currently available for the H-Square,
Meistergram, Champion, Interlab Robotics and Horizon engraving machines,
controllers and tables. We are the southeastern service facility
for Vision rotary engraving and routing machines, Universal Laser Systems
industrial CO2/YAG lasers and VersaLaser desktop laser marking, engraving and
cutting machines.
The technical staff at
ESS are among the most skilled you will find anywhere. Our technicians all have
solid backgrounds in electronics, computer technology, software, and engraving. We
understand the high cost of downtime and what it means for your business. We
know that you have customer expectations to fulfill, and that those expectations
rest squarely on our shoulders when your equipment is down. Our knowledgeable
staff can often fix your problem directly over the telephone or over the
internet using remote control support software. If replacement parts are required, the appropriate
parts will be sent to you via your preferred overnight delivery service minimizing the
down-time and expense to your business. However, if the problem cannot be
resolved over the phone or over the internet, you can ship your equipment to us for in-shop diagnosis
and repair or we can provide on-site service.

You will then be directed to the appropriate link.

clicking on the link:
You will be asked if you want to save or open or run the file,
choose "Open"
or "Run".
You will then be required to enter a password (given by phone).
No further input will be required. The software will automatically establish a
connection. The software will automatically remove itself when the session is
completed. When done, technician will no longer be able to see your desktop
or control your computer.
Per-Incident support
is a flat fee service offered to customers needing help for a single,
specific problem or "incident." Service is offered over the
Internet or by phone.
