ESS provides full technical support for H-square engravers, Meistergram engravers, Horizon engravers, Vision Engraving and Routing Systems, as well as Unviersal Laser Systems and Epilog lasers.

ESS utilizes DualDesk from Advantig Corporation to provide real time screen sharing support over the Internet. The DualDesk tool enables our technicians to virtually look over your shoulder to provide step by step computer and software support through a secure connection.
Several issues you may experience with your equipment or software can be resolved easier than ever by leveraging the power of the Internet to conduct a screen sharing session with one of our technicians. This function allows our technician to see what is happening on your screen and "virtually" take control of your computer mouse to help guide you in the right direction.
There is no danger to your computer or network systems as a result of using this service. The software that allows us to conduct a screen sharing session adheres to encryption standards to ensure your security.
