ESS Technical Support (hardware or software) will require payment in full via Credit Card or C.O.D, prior to any service work or parts shipped. Repair warranty terms are at the sole discretion of Engraving Systems Support, Inc.  ESS will carry a minimum guarantee term of 30 days on any part that was repaired or replaced. Insurance will be included with the shipping/handling charges.

Telephone Support -  $75.00/hr. billed at $18.75/15 min. Minimum charge is $18.75.
(Example: 15 minutes = $18.75, 20 minutes = $37.50 etc.)
ESS service center -  Technical Time $75.00/hr. 2 hr. Minimum.
+ Cost of replaced or repaired parts.
+ Shipping/handling/insurance to and from ESS service center.
On-Site Service -  Travel Time $60.00/hr. (Round Trip).
+ On-Site Technical Time $75/hr. 2 hr. Minimum.
+ Cost of replaced or repaired parts and shipping.
+ Travel expenses such as hotels, meals, airfare, etc. billed at actual cost.
Please use great care when packing your equipment. There is the possibility of your equipment being damaged when shipping in a poorly constructed container! Please insure your equipment. ESS will not be responsible for any damages incurred when shipping to and from our service facility.
