Q: I would rather you just come out to my shop to complete the repair?
A: If you would rather us come out to your shop to diagnose and repair, we will gladly add you to our support tech route. However, most complications may only take 15 minutes to two hours to resolve. Why wait when we could possibly fix it now?
Q: What are the minimum requirements for my PC
A: Dual Desk Remote Support requires one of the following PC operating systems: Windows 98/2000/ME/XP/Vista/7. your computer must have an internet connection. From time to time firewalls will block our software. We ask that you have one of your techs standing by in case administrative settings on your computer must be changed.
Q: Does this install any permanent software on my computer?
A: Absolutely not! Your PC & Network security is our priority.
